Hardly a convincing case. He looks at the major problems we're addressing today, and sees the seeds of them in actions that Reagan took decades ago.
Even if true, Reagan was only President for eight years. After that we had eight years of Clinton, and then eight years of Bush. And only NOW is it clear that these particular problems top our priority list.
Blaming Reagan for today's problems, while ignoring completely both Clinton and Bush, is pretty dishonest. The guy's trying to make a point, but it's a really weak one.
