Given that the current "War on Terrir" is the wet-dream fantasy of Bush's neocon handlers, I'm hopeful that whichever one of Obama, Clinton, or McCain wins will back-burner this one indefinitely since none of them subscribe to the same newsletter.
As for what else those candidates may do to tag-team some other part of the Constitution, I can't say. All I know is, if it comes down to Obama vs. McCain in the general election, it will be the first time since I've been alive that I actually had positive feelings about both presidential candidates. Hell, it'll be the first time since Reagan that I liked one of the candidates!
